Here is an example, using the original Red Ranger.
Ranger Designation: Red Ranger
Morpher: Power Morpher with Tyrannosaurus Power Coin
Weapons: Blade Blaster, Power Sword, Dragon Dagger/Shield (temporarily)
Vehicles: N/A
Zords: Tyrannosaurus Dinozord → Red Dragon Thunderzord, Dragonzord (temporarily)

I see the example, but I don't know what any of it means. Do I make it up? It's like me giving you a Gundam template like this and not telling you what any of it means. I could probably fill out the weapons well enough, but thats about it.

Okay. Umm....
Morpher is the device that the Rangers carry around with them that transforms them into a Power Ranger. Power Coins are magical and they assist the Rangers in morphing. Blade blasters are a common weapon that most Power Rangers would use at some stage. Adding "Power" infront of the name of a real life weapon, would make it a Power Rangers version of the weapon. Vehicles, you can just make up. Zords are the robots that they transform into. You just call your zord "______________zord".
