I like to listen to like, sports radio sometimes, but not music radio. The rap they play is all the same and I don't care for most/any of it these days. I prefer some of the rock/metal/sometimes pop they play that I usually don't even know what it is.

I think the biggest problem with the radio is that the dj's don't get to choose what they want to play, unless they are famous and well established. Something very rare, the only ones I know of are in LA and are classic rock DJ's. Hahaha If you're not well established you are at the mercy of the list that producers force you to play. Which is alright, but it is kinda limiting. Although that's only here in The States. How about you foreigners?  |

Thats a shame that DJ's don't get to choose because they wouldn't overplay songs like whoever else choose's to play the same 5 songs on the same times daily it seems.

A few years ago, Mum used to put the Top 40 station on every morning and I would hear the same songs OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER.

Well that would be annoying but I still listen to it everyday. Not just music but talkshows as well serious stuff.
